Allen Drop Breech rifle #2xx, overall 42 1/2″ with 26″ Barrel. Rifle remains in excellent condition. Barrel retains most of its blued finish with some light scratches on underside. Barrel is marked Allen & Co Worcerster ,Mass with 1860 Patent date. The breech block, hammer and lever show most of their case colors. Frame has traces of blue. Stocks are excellent. Barrel and butt stock has sling swivel. Butt plate has trap door for Tool. A super condition example of this scarce Allen Rifle.
