Allen & thurber D.A. Bar Hammer Percussion Pistol, .30 Cal., 2" half round/octagon barrel, 5" OAL, Very good condition, fine working action, very good bore with some oxidation, “ALLENS PATENT” stamped on the left side of the bar hammer. Serial no. 468. Very good Walnut grips, all tight, no looseness. These were Manufactured 1830's to the Civil War Era. Fancy floral scroll work on frame.
