This ANTIQUE WINCHESTER 1866 THIRD MODEL in .44 RF Cal. is in approximately Antique Average condition. .44 rimfire cal., 24 in. Octagonal barrel, blue barrel with brass frame, differs from Henry in that it has a wood forearm, frame cartridge loading port, and separate tube mag. Total production reached 170,101 for all models. Mfg. 1873.
Barrel bore is bright, shiny, and has very little pitting (- one of the best bores I have seen in this age of gun). Comes with a brass and steel cleaning rod (inside of buttstock), and a custom padded wood case 51 x 8 x 3.5. Total Wt. 18 lbs.
