I have a nice antique original Brown Bess type 1 India pattern musket for sale in 75 cal. The musket was made in circa 1795. The proper Ordnance Government issue marks are present The lock works with two strong clicks. Thr lock has tthr Crown over GR for King George the 3rd The tail has TOWER and the lock veiwers mark is visible belowthe pan. The full length barrel is 39 inches. The barrel shows the proper proof marks. The bore is very good see pics. The stock is very good normal wear with a nice color to it. The brass furniture shows a nice old patina. Both sling swivels and the ramrod are present. A very nice example of the historic type 1 Brown Bess British issue musket. S
