Approximately 10,000 manufactured from 1869 to 1873 with "SOUTHERNER" marked octagon barrel, blade sight, spur trigger brass frame, and 2-piece smooth ivory grips. Housed in a very attractive hardwood gamblers case with 8 rounds of ammunition, a partial deck of early Continental playing cards, dice, brass teetotum, and cigarette mouthpiece. CONDITION: Good. A neat set. Mechanics work as they should.
