CIVIL WAR Antique MASSACHUSETTS ARMS EDWARD MAYNARD 35 cal.
Serial # 27009 marked 1865 on bottom. 26inch barrel
I believe this is a 1st model 35 cal. Bore is 30 cal size. Lock up on the action is lose. Seems complete, but see the photos for best description of the condition. I has heavy surface rust/ patina and the bore has sharp rilfling but some heavy pitting. Not bad for its age. Flip up rear sight.
