Fine, Probably Unissued, Civil War Gwyn & Campbell Type II Cavalry Carbine

This is a rare, very fine condition, probably unissued, matching, and all original Civil War Gwyn & Campbell, Type II, First Model Cavalry Carbine that was manufactured by Edward Gwyn and Abner C. Campbell of Hamilton, Ohio, USA.
This particular carbine was probably delivered in October 1864. The price of this carbine to the US Government when it was manufactured was $20.00.

This is a very fine condition, probably unissued, and rare Civil War Gwyn & Campbell Type II, First Model Carbine that was delivered to the Union Army in October 1864. Very few of these carbines remain in existence today and even fewer remain in such high condition as this example. This carbine functions perfectly and would be nearly impossible to upgrade.

We got this at an auction and its one our best buys in years.
