Mauser Model 1891 Argentine 7.65x53mm 29" Barrel S/N: T 6020 Made in 1899

Mauser Model 1891 Argentine rifle chambered for 7.65x53 Argentine through a 29 inch barrel with a bayonet.
The rifle functions well with a positive lockup of the action and a smooth cycle of the bolt. The stock has some ware present throughout including a large section that has broken off the stock and been partially repaired. The stock has a crack behind the tang as well. The serial numbers of the bolt, barrel, receiver and stock are all matching and have clear markings throughout. The trigger has a crisp break with a short amount of overtravel present. The bore of the rifle has moderate shine present and the rifling shows some wear from use as well as some light surface pitting. The bluing of the barrel and receiver are in good condition with some minor fading present and minor scratches near the muzzle. The bayonet that is present with this rifle is not numbers matching to the gun. The serial number of this rifle is T 6026
