Maynard Sporting Rifle 1873 W/Adapter For 1882 38-50 Vintage Antique

1873 Maynard Sporting Rifle fitted with Hadley type adapter to chamber regular 1882 cartridges (adapter quality custom made, similar to Hadley device, looks and works great), walnut sporter stock with some pleasing figure, original butt plate, hammer and trigger mechanism works correctly, hinge and lever lock up have no movement with inserted cartridge, some upgrade replacement screws and lever pin, matching serial numbers #27022, uncut 20 inch barrel with good shootable bore (7+/10), chambered for 38-50 Maynard model 1882 centerfire (very similar to 38-55), finish mostly faded patina, tang sight has been removed, we have not fired this rifle, it is being sold as an antique collectible (recommend gunsmith inspection and advice if you plan you shoot).
