RARE & FINE, FIRST MODEL Winchester Model 1890 - .22 SHORT

A scarce early production Winchester model 1890. Desirable early non take-down frame, known as first model "solid frame" rifle. Only the first 15,500 model 1890's were made as solid frames. They are nearly impossible to find. This rifle was made in 1891, and is chambered in .22 Short only, 24" octagon barrel. Correct early barrel address found on early 1st models such as this.
The entire rifle has been professionally refinished. Also has a relined bore and looks brand new. The muzzle was trimmed a bit diring this to make a clean new crown. The action locks up tight and is very crisp. Ships fully insured and will be packaged very well. Antique, No licence required.
