Remington Old Army 1861 .44 Cal. 8" Barrel Antique Black Powder

Remington Old Army Model 1861 chambered for .44 caliber round ball projectiles through an 8 inch barrel with a capacity of 6 rounds. The revolver is being sold as is with no warranty available. The revolver has wear present throughout the original finish and has been reblued and refinished. The action functions. The bore has low shine with surface rust present throughout and pitting present as well with little rifling visible. The trigger has a crisp break with a short amount of overtravel present. The grips have some signs of wear present including some small chips and erosion around the base of the grip panels. The underside of the right grip panel has a name faintly scribed into the wood. The chambers of the cylinder have some surface rust present from age.
