About 70,000 of the Second Model revolvers were produced however they are a lot more hard to find that Model 3 revolvers. Sharp S&W barrel address (in russian language) and Russian Imperial acceptance markings (KO for Kasaverij Ordinetz, russian inspector at S&W factory). Matching serial numbers on the frame (bottom of the grip), barrel, cylinder, barrel latch. No import marks.
Original hardwood grips are tight fit, no cracks or repairs. Good indexing and timing, tight lock up, no wobble, great bright bore with strong rifling. Function is fine
