Scarce Hopkins & Allen Dictator percussion revolver EXCELLENT! Antique SN: 1353.
Here is a really hard to find US Percussion revolver Hopkins & Allen DICTATOR. .36 Caliber percussion black powder revolver. 4 inch barrel, single action. The finish is spectacular.
They only made about 1000 of these percussion revolvers so they don't turn up often and usually have little to no finish left. This one has all its markings in tact, numbers match and everything appears crisp.
The grips have hand etched matching numbers on the insides of the panels. Action works fine.
Bore is mostly shiny but shows some scattered pitting as you might expect. This is a hard firearm to find in any condition and I think this one is a really nice example.
