Very Nice Rare Colt Third 3rd Model Thuer Derringer 41 RF 1870's

This is a very nice rare 1870's-1880's Colt 3rd Model derringer, chambered in 41RF. Low serial number of 9118 indicated it was manufactured in the 1870's or possibly 1880's. This pistol came in to my store as part of an estate, and it's fully be fully functional, the barrel pivots open as it should, the hammer cocks and locks back in both half and full cock positions, and the trigger releases the hammer as it should. It does include 8 rounds of vintage 41RF ammunition as pictured.
This would make an excellent addition to your antique pistol collection!
