Check out this Rare antique J. Stevens Old Model Pocket Pistol 1st & 2nd types. Manufactured 1864 - 1886. Only about 15,000 produced and extremely hard to find.
This very small rare handgun and the vest pocket Model were the first original guns that started the Stevens Company line of handguns.
Condition:- Single shot chambered for .22 short rimfire cartridges – 3 ½ ” long barrel - part round and part octagon , that pivots upward for loading . Features an external hammer and spur trigger. It has a brass frame with removable side plate, and still retains most of the original nickel plated finish on the barrel with some of the nickel still present on the frame exposing the brass underneath. Smooth factory walnut grips are numbered to the gun and in very good condition with light edge wear and a tiny chip where the grips meet the frame. All original .
Inside of grips are marked with a previous buyers name and date of 7/10/36. Barrel to frame fit is good and functions very good mechanically.

Despite its age, this Pistol is in very good mechanical condition and has been well-maintained over the years. It's a true collector's item that's also functional in very good condition with minor wear and tear consistent with age. Overall condition is very good.
