Winchester 1873 Rifle Custom 3X Walnut Engraved 22LR 1/2 Octagon Beauty!

Up for sale is a custom Winchester 1873 3rd model rifle in 22LR. This one has seen extensive custom work in the form of 3X exhibition grade walnut stocks, engraving on the receiver, dust cover, cap, and barrel, relined mint shiny bore and custom loading system. This rifle is a gorgeous piece! The serial dates this one to 1883, so antique no licence is needed. The action works nicely with a crisp lever and lockup. The often missing 22 caliber extractor is in place and in great shape. The custom work is very nicely done by a pro and was done some time ago. Bore is relined on the 22" barrel and minty and the loading system appears to be from a more modern Winchester. I have not loaded or fired this example but it appears to be ready to do so. Caliber marking is engraved on the top of the barrel but the address is not present. Standard Winchester iron sights in place. Very interesting custom Winchester that really draws the eye, this is a beauty.
