This is a Pre-64 Winchester model 61 pump action rifle in 22cal. It is chambered for 22 long, long rifle, and short. It was manufactured in 1952. It is a blued gun with a 24" barrel. It is in good shape showing some thinning on the barrel, a few light handling marks, and a couple small spots of shallow pitting on the barrel from poor storage. Someone has etched an ID number under the model number. The stock and forearm show typical light dings and surface scratches for its age. It has a metal buttplate with a 13 1/2" length of pull. The bore is shiny with good rifling. The serial number is 1932**. A nice older rifle that would make a nice addition to any Winchester collection.
