This is a Picatinny Rail to Fit to the Lower Half of the Blaser Saddle Mount Base ie you require the existing Saddle Mount to allow attachment of this picatinny rail which is predrilled in multiple places to allow attachment where normally the rings of the saddle would be fitted. The multiple holes allows for the rail to be fitted in different positions on the saddle.
