Stoeger called this line the 'Double Defense'.
That means they took a Brazilian coach gun, painted it black, and added rails to it and called it tactical:)
Honestly, I still can't decide if it's really cool or really ugly. Or a little of both.
Anyway...
20 inch ported barrels
Fiber optic front sight
Extractors, not ejectors. You won't lose your hulls if you reload.
3 inch chambers
Choke is not marked anywhere I could find it, but I think it's improved cylinder.
Birdshot is fun. Federal low recoil 00 Buck is fun. Slugs are not fun in this thing.
It shoots to point of aim (both barrels) at 25 yards. Beyond that, it depends on your load. And you.
I thought about removing the paint on the stock, but I don't know what kind of wood is under there.
So, short, fairly heavy, 2 shot bedroom corner gun or behind the pickup seat gun.
Action is quite stiff, but it should loosen up with enough shooting.
The whole gun has just a few scuffs here and there, and it needs cleaning. The bores were mirror bright when I got it, though.
It's a lot of fun. I shot half a box of the federal buckshot and a whole box of my friend's #6 reloads when I took it out for 'testing'.
