This ad features the pictured W. R. Pape 12 Gauge Side By Side Damascus Barreled Hammer Shotgun with an unusual opening lever. The opening lever is located in front of the trigger guard and is pushed forwards to open the gun. The Gun has been reproofed for use with Smokeless powder. The Damascus barrels have mirror bright bores. The length is 28 and 1/16 inches and they have no chokes. The chambers are for 2 and 3/4 inch shells. The length of pull is 14 and 3/8 inches. The stock has a crack on the underside at the front trigger guard screw. This is pictured. The gun weighs in at 5 pounds and 10 ounces. The wood and barrels have been professionally refinished and the receiver polished bright. The shotgun is in good working order and locks up tight.
